 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges 
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including the protective bag or box).
Customized items or items purchased on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


 How to Request a Return or Exchange 
Contact us through our hotline, WhatsApp, or email within the allowed period.
Please provide your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for return or exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the process.


 Refunds 
Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.


 Exchanges 
If the item is available in stock, we’ll exchange it for a different size, color, or model.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose another product or request a refund (if eligible).


 Damaged or Wrong Items 
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
